أعمل عند تقاطع القانون والاستراتيجية والتقنية، حيث تتحول الأنظمة من إطار تنظيمي إلى بنية تشغيلية تُوجّه القرار وتضبط مساره. اهتمامي لا ينحصر في الامتثال بوصفه التزامًا، بل في إعادة تشكيله ليكون وظيفة استراتيجية تدعم النمو وتُقلّص المخاطر في آن واحد.
الهدف ليس إنتاج وثائق قانونية، بل بناء منظومات قادرة على العمل بكفاءة حتى في غياب من صمّمها. تلك هي الحوكمة حين تُمارس كفكر، لا كإجراء.
